Yes. I think his thinking is to get a great president elected. Preferably himself but if that wont work you can have obama/bloomberg or bloomberg/obama as does gore/bloomberg or bloomberg/hagel. All depends on who major parties nominate. If its obama or rudy running, he wont jump in because he likes obama and wont screw up his relationshp with rudy. But if its hillary vs huckabee or even romney, he will be sorely tempted. MY belief he is that if he is on the ticket he can spend as much as he wants. One other possiblity is that he wants a situation where if obama is nominated for example he can choose bloomie as veep and they can run this way on democrat and another indy line. This would free indys who distrust dems to cast the ballot on a different line.
