I don't know for certain whether it was cold-blooded murder or only manslaughter, he still killed her. And either way, he should have done prison time. Okay. You weren't there so you don't know whether it was cold blooded or not. However, you do think he should have served prison time when he was not found guilty of a crime? Yes, I know and you know too that even manslaughter gets you prison time. Of course he wasn't even charged with that.
