The problem isn't that they don't work they are being prescribed for things other than depression. The drug company's dirty secret is that they are highly physically addictive so it's very difficult to go off. The dirty little secret about pharmaceuticals is that, with very few exceptions (e.g., antibiotics), drugs don't cure jack. They only treat and affect symptoms. You can take lots of medications to relieve your headache but the cause of your headache is still present. best... LIG
