It's your concept of America that's funny. Do you live in America? Are you aware of Boeing, Intel, Microsoft, Google, Merck? Do you know that the most sophisticated manufactured product by far is an airliner? Who designs most of the chips that go into those trinkets? Who invents most of the drugs in the world? Are you aware that the deficit is just 5% of our GDP? Are you aware that a return of the US savings rate to its historical average of around 7% will turn that deficit into a surplus? Highways? Skyscrapers? Trains? R&D Labs? We have had those for more than a century. Heck, even after the dollar has tanked our GDP per capita is near the top of the world, and many times that of your heroes -- even figured on a purchasing power parity basis.

PS It's interesting that you find it necessary to use personal insults. I notice you do this only if people don't agree with you.
