All that is interesting, but what's to keep other countries(or better yet, private parties) from developing and taking advantage of these miracle properties of the common weed? It's like my 100 mpg carburetor that the government, big oil and who knows who else has kept the lid on and subverted my right to make billions.....if I could only figure out how to get to France.

IMO the only reason you two believe this stuff is that you are full of it. The weed that is. And the bull as well.

BTW the USDA and DEA does testing on secure sites. The USDA does the growing.
