Once again neolib AKA ear2earfeces has serious dementia on display. Heating logically is equivalent to not cooling. Modulating convection describes a process of containing heat or releasing heat. It is not in anyway conflating heating and cooling.

Ok dumb ass, how do you raise the temperature of one region via "modulating convection" ABOVE the temperature of its surroundings? Please stay within the confines of the laws of thermodynamics. Perhaps you can appeal to the other dumb poster here and see if the "Laws of Heat Transfer" might lend you succour in your quest. LOL!
