Large amount of capital is invested in humans if the pyramid is wide at the bottom. Once the pyramid has a bulge t its waist, we extract the result of that capital invested. That means once we enter the demographic window, even lousy governments can't stop the economic growth. We have now started to harvest decades of capital invested in those young people who are no productive. The only hope for OECD countries is for us to grow as fast as we can to avoid them return to the insignificant they came from.
