It's good that they are "starting to worry" as water could be the deal breaker in anyone's survival.

This morning while I was listening to the radio I heard a bit about how water/sewer rates would be increasing "from 50-100%" in some areas of the country. They went on to specify they were speaking about dry areas or places with low rainfall, I don't recall if they mentioned Phoenix, LA, San Diego, Vegas, and the SE or if I just made up that part.

It sounds like you are getting plenty of rain, so the pressure must come from your high population.

The county that we are looking to for our plan B has a total population (both incorporated and unincorporated) of 7550, based on 2007 guesstimates.
