That's very easy. <Where can you truly make meaningful cuts, Nadine, without creating substantial dislocations in the economy?> The real problem is not economic dislocation, it's that electorates vote for lots of spending. They LIKE regulations, tax, Big Brother and their little slice of the cake.

If not, Ron Paul would be romping home to the presidency with more of a coronation than an election.
