If they're not already catatonic in San Diego, maybe we can see the workaround press release pronto. If there's nothing, they'll talk appeal.

Perhaps QUALCOMM will do both as they did in the ITC case brought by Broadscrew.

If I had a workaround I would still talk appeal. Why jump the gun when you've got two full years to play with? It's not like they are NOK who only has one year left on their option to renew. As NOK goes so does BRCM so why hurry? You might believe in open source playbooks but I do not so my advice to Q would be to keep quite publicly for at least 23 months. "Damn the torpedo's full steam ahead."
