Slacker, how would splitting the company play into the anti "patent troll"bent of evolving case law and statutory reform, as well as the "practicing the art" requirement? The silence from HQ is most unusual and disturbing. You can bet the big guns are flocking home from Aspen and the islands to decide how tactical their atomic response must be. This raises the level of anxiety, and the requirement for previously unimagined action, to the highest level.

yes, they should not split teh company. You come on here with nothing but complaints. Day after day. Gets old.

No and never. Our competitors want to break our synergy so why should we split and become less influencial? This is not the path to high position IMO and I might add management since they have so far chosen to stay together.
