yes, they should not split teh company. You come on here with nothing but complaints. Day after day. Gets old.

Unfortunately, management has given shareholders quite a bit to complain about over the last few years.

I'm curious, do you think the thread should count on you to tell them when things arent going well at the company?

You may be right, Engineer, as far as we have fair and unbiased court who differentiates the value of patent in disputed product in high percentage of predictability and confidence. Spinco 2 can jointly develop research of a patent and assign to QLT or Spinco. Anything illegal with that? QLT can do the same with other tech company. It may also merge with tech like RMBS. Repellant of "slime ball hagfish" like NOK and BRCM is bound to come in necessity.
