very short-term impact. Any pent up demand will be filled very quickly. Although the judge's orders were "not what we expected", they had it on the map. Pretty cool.

Paul started by saying that Q has been working on workarounds since the jury decision in May 2007. New chips to replace the infringing chips are already in the hands of oems. New customers are already working with the new products. The solutions are ready. And it just depends how long it takes for the new products to be certified and ramped into production.
