Maybe I took your post wrong but that attitude seems more like a thinly veiled political jab than anything else. What is wrong with Q appealing to the President when it is part of the process? If you lose a case and have a right to appeal why should they be expected not to utilize it? If you want to find fault with the fact that it went to the President then maybe you should focus your attention on the Congress and not Q for doing what is legally their rights. I like rights and fault no one for exercising theirs.
