Forgive me if this turns out to be long. Sleep seems to escape me especially when I want it.

Regarding one's actions before others in a community setting, and sharing the truth which has set one free.

A few years back, perhaps several, a man confessed to needing some type of transplant on a thread started by Jane Hafker. I have wondered for sometime what the outcome was of that transplant and what part faith was responsible for the results.

On the old ASK GOD thread, which I used to read frequently, but post rarely to, I found it odd that for all the talk there seemed to be a lack of posts regarding how one came to want the walk. I was really very reluctant to come back to SI because no one knew better than I what kind of person I was to some of those who posted to this site; things I stated openly and some things I said privately.

But something very wonderful happened to me. I don't seek to tell my story because I want to change what others think of me. I desire to tell others about God's Love towards me through faith in Jesus Christ in hopes that they too will ask God to reveal himself to them through my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ of Nazareth. And in retrospect, I am sorry for what I said to others on this site especially if my doing so would cause them to compare my actions to the righteousness of Christ.

Admittedly, I am disappointed with the response to the "testimony" thread, but yet, "all things work together for good to them that love God, etc., etc."

I'm not perfect, nor do I believe I ever will be on this earth, but by the righteousness of God bestowed upon Jesus, and HIS righteousness bestowed upon me, I look forward to being with HIM regardless of my past.

This little light of mine.....

Mike
