Ref the EU Lawsuit, Monday will be a telling day. If they've done nothing wrong, then why did they need an extension? This is the part that worries me: "...The Commission is the EU's antitrust watchdog and has powers to fine companies up to 10 percent of their global annual revenues for competition abuses." I know this is the AMD board but this discussion is relevant to AMD and the Intel board is not as engaging as this board is. reuters.com
