Oh, gosh, Smithee, so sorry to hear that....Did Kennewick get blasted like where you are? I hadn't heard anything about bad weather your way...was it predicted, or sudden? Yes, thank goodness for gas! We found that out a couple of times when bad storms hit in Jan of 1993 ? Clinton became Pres that day...and Seattle looked like we were war zone.... and the other time in recent history was the really bad storm in Dec 1999 I think it was....

Do they have any idea of how much damage was done? And all of your are ok, I hope!

My gosh! I didn't realize you guys got into some winds yesterday. We didn't have any here yesterday and just a little overnight into this morning.

We also have the gas fireplace, cook top and hot water tank. We have a generator and hook it up when the power goes. Saved us last Dec when we lost power for 5 days. We rely on our cell phones when the power goes out since we use VOIP for phone.

Good luck, and would love to see pics.

LMAO!!!

I see the Tri-City Herald swapped out the photo of wind damage that I linked yesterday. Now it's a group of cribbage players.

A group of Tri-Citians gather for a cribbage tournament at the American Legion Hall in Pasco. (Richard Dickin | rdickin@tricityherald.com)

They must use the same address for the front page photo regardless of what it is.
