Different cultures. When Valerie Giscard D'estang cried during his election contest against French WWII hero, Francois Mitterand, it helped him win the election. When Hillary Clinton's voice cracked today in New Hampshire, it is widely seen as a sign that she isn't tough enough to be US President. <G>

I still wonder why Francois didn't use the slogan I sent him, "Discard Guiscard?" I guess it doesn't rhyme in French.
