I love lentil soup. There are so many ways to "spice" it up, too.

It was busy - my son-in-law sliced off the tip of his finger, so they went to the ER and I picked up my grandson from school. Then I took him home and his other grandmother and I played with him and fed him until his parents came home with lunch. Even with two of us, it is exhausting. LOL
