OT John, Rumor on the boards is that CFC is halted. I cannot find confirmation. Comments attributed to Bloomberg, but a search on their site produced nada. Just rumor at this point. FYI

Some are in Word or PDFs and emailed. I may sometimes sign one and mail it and the PC version is w/o a signature. Now I am more careful to make the copy of the signed papers. But if someone prints out the document that was previously sent electronically, it is not "forging". When companies are in multiple states (or locations), the headquarters may have the unsigned electronic document.
