Doing my own DD on SONS, I am impressed on how well they are positioned for the leadership role in providing VOIP hardware and software. I invested because I felt that they could be the next Cisco by having a continuous run until they were bought out (by Cisco<g>).

For that to happen we would need the right environmental business conditions, much like having good soil to grow a crop. The current situation is like a liquidity drought, and so even the best seeds will perform poorly until the climate changes for the better.

After the markets stabilize for a few months and interest rates have hit their lows, as expected by consensus, I’ll get back into SONS.
