I understand completely. I'm about 45% cash and have been for at least 6 months. My cash % keeps inching up as the equity side plummets. >NG< Since I tend to buy in 500 share lots the $'s aren't too troubling, relatively.

You're kidding us right?? You are too smart for that. Waiting until "after the markets stabilize for a few months and interest rates have hit their lows, as expected by consensus".......will mean that you waited much too long. SONS stock price will have left the station by then.
