Police believe he is an undocumented immigrant who was deported in 1999 and 2003 on drug offenses

Unfortunately, he decided to kill her once he realized the lawsuit wasn't going to bring as much money as he wished.

He should have divorced her and let her family care for her as they wished.

He wanted the remainder of the money and he may have borne her ill will. Loving husbands don't say things like "when is the bitch going to die" about their wives.
