I seem to find myself in a grocery store several times a week. I don't keep a shopping list very often and drive by the stores in my regular running around. So it's not a special trip in most cases. I end up spending only a few bucks each time. I also don't do much in the way of pots and pans cooking anymore. When weather permits, I grill outside. I usually do half a dozen pork chops, chicken breasts or hamburgers and freeze them individually for later use. Living alone makes it difficult to have a decent meal without a bunch of leftovers, which I'm less and less in favor of.

It seems as though I live in the grocery store, even now that my kids are gone, I still go every day. Although I do not go as much since I've started Nurti System. There is no need since they mail your food. The thing that was really silly was me going to Costco all the time..I'd freeze more food than I could eat in a month and then throw it out. Now that is a crime.
