Like I said, the GOP response to Katrina showed the party's true colors:

The latest elected official to step into the swamp was Rep. Richard H. Baker, a 10-term Republican from Baton Rouge. The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday that he was overheard telling lobbyists: "We finally cleaned up public housing in New Orleans. We couldn't do it, but God did."

BTW Congressman Baker has decided to resign.

Stocks go up and down for a lot of reasons.

Besides failing earnings, what other reasons do you know of that make them go down consistently to their 52 week lows?

You're failing to provide meaningful evidence for your claim.

Its not my claim. Its the claim of respected economists all over the country. Oh that's right......you guys don't pay attention to whatever anyone in the mainstream says. Okay. I'll leave you alone to your imaginings.

As I said, you tried to claim retail sales fell in the 4Q but failed to support that contention. In fact, respected economists don't support your claim that retail sales fell in the 4Q either.

I'll give you this, Brumar, you're more clever than some of your cohort on this thread. Having said that, I didn't say 4Q.....I said December.....the XMAS holiday shopping period. And I posted those results to you in another post.
