Oatmeal or Cheerios help reduce cholesterol naturally. My main concern with the statins is possible liver damage.

You couldn't pay me to take Lipitor again. The arthritic pain was awful. I couldn't sleep because of the pain. I'm now trying to bring my cholesterol down naturally with exercise and diet. I'll also add, Lipitor is the only medication I've ever had a bad reaction to.
