I eat a lot of oatmeal and keep my fat intake down as much as I can.

My weight really ballooned in Alaska, where the weather and other factors kept me from exercising much, and my habits were keyed to getting exercise on the job but in Alaska I had a desk job.

Since then I've dropped about 40 pounds, and my cholesterol is dropping too.

Exercise, oatmeal, and low fat intake are key, I think.
