OK. Then we have the following data...

*Out of about 12 countries the US finishes last.
*Health care effects longevity in a positive way.
*The US is the only one of those countries that doesn't have universal care for a significant portion of citizens.
*There are ~16 other factors that might influence outcome.
*None of these many other factors is measurable and in all likelihood balance out.

Conclusion?
