Let me try to refocus this. We were talking about tiered offerings from the single payer. What I was trying to demonstrate was the unlikelyhood that the single payer would offer tiers.

If tiers are not offered, then there are two options, neither of them good. One is that they would disallow supplemental policies and all, not just some, of us are underinsured. The other is that they do allow supplemental policies and we still have all those insurance companies with their associated overhead and you've lost the benefit you've assumed.

Do you see a way out of that?
