I'm not going to get too worked up. I keep selling non core positions to raise cash for the companies that are real leaders. Apple is the best US tech company, and the price reflects it's strength at $130 or $155. iPhone revenues keep building a big base under the revenue assumptions, especially for the 2009 comparisons.

The big bounce in Asia is coming tonight. A big bounce in Europe might keep the sentiment from getting too negative tomorrow as people realize the estimates for Apple reflect normal season slowdowns going into the March quarter.

I'd sure it won't happen any time soon, but Apple is accumulating enough cash to launch some major stock buybacks down the road. I can't imagine that happening before they have a full year of iPhone sales behind them.

If I saw one thing today, the value is shifting back to the financials. With WB reaffirming their dividend, the stock almost has to go higher. 8% is pretty compelling for a bank.

Looks like more of the same. Europe is providing zero support even though Asia was generally green.
