Food shock. Chinese economic planners need to focus on inflation rather than growth as food price pressures mount. That's is food prices coming to the fore and center of attention.

We may see in the next couple of years speculators piling on food and non-food agriculturals.

Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia will be very vulnerable to the food shock.

I voted for Bush because the alternatives were 1) Al Gore, aka "Sore Loserman", 2) John Kerry, aka "Botox Man". Democracy guarantees us a vote, not perfect candidates.

As for the rest of it, I already responded. You missed an awful lot of up, my friend. You'd still be better off if you'd bought GOOG rather than gold.
