koan: yes, very ugly and the truth. How can you have a substantive discussion without telling the truth?

Absolutely correct and some times it takes frank statements to bring out the truth. .........That the truth has not been told the last several years is why we are in such a mess. It goes to politics today - which of the candidates are being truthful. Who will lie to further their campaign?

Yes, and you might want to give that a try. Bush offers enough opportunities for criticism and distaste without having to make things up.

There's no evidence that he's the sadist you describe. If you want to argue that he is, give us some real examples. You can't argue that he probably tortures furry critters and call that "truth."
