Joe, if I compare your 2 years+ to SPSN´s timeline with SP1, it looks more like 1 year, unless I´m missing something from SPSN´s SP1 slides.

You don´t see Numonyx talking much since the company hasn´t been formed yet. That doesn´t mean however that they (INTEL/STM) haven´t started preparations. I don´t say that they have, but I wouldn´t be suprised to hear about that once the company is formed.

Regardless of that, it seems to me that both Numonyx and Spansion
have more theoretical capacity (through whatever agreements) available than they can use. Here´s hoping that Numonyx
will go for profitability/margin over volume.
