Keith,

if I compare your 2 years+ to SPSN´s timeline with SP1, it looks more like 1 year, unless I´m missing something from SPSN´s SP1 slides.

My estimate of 2 years is based on several assumptions:
1. Intel and STM are not going to "give" this company any money, they want to take some money out.
2. Numonyx will not be able to raise $1 to $1.5 billion in addition to their announced planned borrowing (to pay Intel and STM some money).
3. The only realistic way for Numonyx to raise the money needed is through the IPO.
4. IPO will not happen for at least a year.
5. then it will take at least another year to start production

Which one of the assumptions would you think is the weakest, or do you see things happening any other way?

Joe
