My core portfolios had bonds in them... they did quite well too.

But, If you are going to cherry pick to make absurd comparisons, then you should have bought Gold, commodities or REITs back in 2001 Dick....

As I said, my CORE portfolios had REITs... up 3x since then.

But if you compare investments in high growth tech stocks, I said my explore portfolio was a better choice than Brinker's QQQ back in 2000... I was right. up about 44% vs down the same.
