ElM, there is a huge surplus of people best suited to herding cows and fleecing sheep. You can tell who there is a surplus of by the relative pay rates. <Instead of wearing boots and tending cows and fields he is hard at work putting mobile networkls in a tiny market. Total distortions!!! > NZ is loaded down with people on the dole and other benefits who would be suitable to do farm work [though many of them are not even fit for that and they have negative value].
