You may be right. So far, everyone has been nice. But Frontier is small, with not too many flights. It is not huge here like American.

But I am sure I will have my share of disgruntled passengers. I had a few at Pan Am.

When we went to Alaska, my wife screwed up and booked us for a 7 PM flight when we wanted the 7AM flight. We didn't realize the mistake until we showed up. My wife and I were very nice to the counter people and pleaded for any help, saying stuff like it was a life time trip etc.(having our 2 young sons probably helped) We kept being nice saying it was our fault and if they could help in any way, even dividing us up it would be great. The manager came over and said we are gonna get the 'our last name' on their life time trip. They found us a flight, in first class, for like 25 bucks more. They said because we were so nice they made an extra effort to help us.
