Complex calculation are no more or less complex based upon whatever units are used. It is trivial to convert from any equivalent unit to any other. Especially now considering with google one only need to type in convert "some unit" to "some other unit" and be given the constant and often a page containing an operating converter. The more one has a good internalization of the meaning of the unit the less abstract any calculation is. internalization comes from the use of whatever units in one's everyday life.
