I'll get my report either this afternoon or tomorrow. I'll be interested in my numbers. I get them checked about each 6 months and they have, very, very slowly, been improving. Total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides all improving. My TC still is about 220, but from what I've read over the last year or two, that's not to worry about.

Nemer,

with me, I suspect the Trig is inherited ...

Triglycerides are primarily a function of high carbohydrate diet and can be easily corrected by low carbohydrate diet.

waaaaaaaaaay long time ago <ggggg> and mine have always been in the high two hundreds and I eat no candy

Do you know that eating bread, pasta, potato, rice etc. is equivalent to eating sugar?

Joe
