Ken,

I'll get my report either this afternoon or tomorrow. I'll be interested in my numbers. I get them checked about each 6 months and they have, very, very slowly, been improving. Total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides all improving. My TC still is about 220, but from what I've read over the last year or two, that's not to worry about.

Sounds right. "High" LDL or Total Cholesterol are primarily a scare (sales) tactics to sell statins.

The primary indicator to look at Triglycerides / HDL. 3 is good, 1 is excellent. Mine is 1.85. My wife's is < 1. I am hoping to get to 1 within the next year.

Joe
