The moneyed and wealthy elite in America should have no problem with "sunny days" and puppies, same everywhere.

<<No waiting times in a strict sense is impossible. In a more practical sense (not counting very short waits as waiting times) its still difficult, and becomes more difficult if your going to cover everyone.>>

Glad you get it.

<<Also its debatable that covering everyone is actually a desirable goal at least if by cover you mean more than catastrophic coverage.>>

For the elite, moneyed, insured...it's not debatable...no need to debate it...I'm OK, so FU Jack...nothing new there...All the rest...it's desirable....but their voices are not heard, or are overwhelmed by lobyists, special interest groups and spin doctors.. negative spinning commie Canada, socialist France, loose cannon Moore etc. <g>

Societies come apart at the seams when the haves and have not ratio, gets too far out of wack.
