Another question: what do you see as the next bubble economy? Assuming the US is no longer the center of the world, does money start to flow through Japan? China? I don't think either could be the center the US seems to be now, but I think we'll have a lot more capital flowing into Japan and staying there in 5-10 years. Obviously China hasn't had that problem of late. Comments on this one?
