It could be China and I don't like them much after the Olympics. But my bet is on a geographic reversal and a movement back to Europe. With the USA surrendering on financial leadership, the only real alternative for safe, serious capital flow is into Europe. Which means that it will overheat at some point. We are a long ways from that. Our serial bubbles are way too large for our troubles to end soon and shift to another arena. And, who knows, we may get a fixer in The White House, though I think it's a smart bet against that concept.
