I will read up on this offshore stuff. I genuinely think most people who do what I mentioned (take ISOs to bermuda and cash out in an account there)- think they don't have to pay taxes on that sale, that it is under a bermuda jurisdiction or something. Of course if you go to Bermuda you don't need to give them a social security number so how would anybody track this? The wierd thing is a lot of hedge fund managers do offshore accounts and they are going to have to be accountable to the IRS to keep their certification.... hmm.
