Nice analog with the early 90's. The $TRAN analysis is interesting. Here is another one, somewhat similar looking chart. Could be read as a large ABC (C being an ED) since Feb 2007. The move out of the recent lows on the hourly was an impulse, and it looks like it might be getting ready for more up:

What looks familiar to me is the recession count you call an expanded flat b if you take the January high and call it a,with your a being b and your b being c then your c is x.

It looks to me like we are about to go up and then sideways as we a small correction and then lift off.

Henry's abc x abc is almost scary to the similarity of the January 90 decline into the oct/november bottom of late 90 which tool 10 months.

Henry's 4 down of 3 took 7 months.

Lets hope we get a replay of the 90 run up whatever the count.
