(PS --- looks like fiscal 2009 will 'bookend' his accomplishment: with a record deficit matching his two term deficit high from 2004.... :-(

"Democrats say Bush's budget is built on flawed math." He just picked a number out of the air near as I can tell. He only accounts for half a trillion in defense spending...does he plan to take the other 3 trillion with him when he heads for Paraguay?
