That is true.

First-generation Asians are likely to vote conservative, if they even vote at all. Too much of a hassle even if they are naturalized. Kind of like, "What's the point of closing down the store or entrusting it to someone else just so I can vote?"

I'm beginning to think that most 2nd and 3rd generation Asians think a lot like Northern Californian liberals, i.e. "enlightened intellectual progressives." Lots of similarities in thought processes with liberal Jews, if you pardon the implicit stereotype.
