I don't feel self satisfied, but rather frustrated, about not believing fairy tales while most do. I'd much rather have them see things clearly, it would make the world a better place for everyone and would prevent scientific discovery from being held back as it currently is, plus leave more parking spots for me since every city church seems to hold a monopoly on the streets adjacent to it. I agree with you about how little we know but it is preposterous to assume a sentient entity with human attributes is anywhere in that realm. Just saw a show last night about how they were trying to catch a dark matter particle hit on germanium nuclei, cool stuff
