For a third part to be viable you need to be about the 2/3's the size of the Republican party. Wouldn't it be better to get 1/3 of the liberal Repub's to start their own party instead?

I can't think of a viable 3rd party leader lurking out there. Can anyone name a possibility?

Yeah, Perot. We got 8 years of Clinton thanks to that brilliant idea.
