Brumar89, I can't acknowledge that Canada is getting a "free ride."Our government is paying the going rate if we use your system and i do not think it is a cost saving by buying what our neighbour freely sells... sometimes at inflated rates, as previously discussed on this thread.
It is certainly convenient for Canadians when a backlog builds, no doubt.
On the other hand Americans have been taking advantage of cheaper drug prices in Canada ...so it goes both ways eh?

Canada is very fortunate to have a neighbour like the US.Before the conservatives came to power we were riding on your back for defence for far too long.We are taking on more responsibility, regarding defence now, and I hope it stays that way, and no I am not a Conservative.
